Zinovii Shtokalko(1920–68) was a bandura virtuoso, composer, and writer. A medical doctor by profession, he studied music with other noted bandurists, improved his playing techniques, and developed his own distinct style of interpretation. His literary works appeared under the pen name Zinovii Berezhan.
